Just finished a little quote print to accompany my forest print for Cathedral Grove. New prints coming out soon! This one features local butterflies and many native plants like native ferns, salal, vanilla leaf and trailing blackberry.
Thinking this might be nice as a sticker or on a water bottle.

I was so thrilled to finally share our Vancouver Island Taco Guide in this summer’s edition of Edible Vancouver Island. To make these taco maps I blended digital with a layer of watercolour to get the final effect.

This week I decided to make a fun homage to my current neighbourhood, through an illustrated map! Then I decided to see how I could add little animations, without getting too deep into the weeds.
Here’s the result!
I first saw tigers as a kid on a trip up to Toronto to visit the Toronto Zoo. Ever since then I have been in love with tigers. Once, inspired by the famous zebra wallpaper in Wes Anderson’s film The Royal Tenenbaums, I attempted to create a full room wallpaper mural except with tigers, with just base paint and many thin pens/sharpies! I’d underestimated the time required to draw each by hand and in the end cut it down to one wall.
I channelled that inner tiger for this print. This aim of this print was captures grace of tigers as they pounce across water. It was created digitally in Procreate.
This print is currently only available in my Society 6 shop.
